I wanted to let everyone know that I’m going to be taking a short break from blogging. I am by no means abandoning this blog, just stepping back for a little bit. This year has unquestionably been the hardest year of my entire 27 years of life ….and it’s only July. I’ve been totally beaten down by the greater powers who ever they may be and a recent event has just taken my last wind out of me. Blogging has helped me A LOT through this year, but I don’t want to put on a fake smile as if everything is peachy anymore. I need to kind of step back…and stare at a wall, for however long I need to.
Hope you guys don’t forget about me! I don’t know how long I’ll be gone, for all I know I’ll be back in a day or two cause I just can’t stay away. Either way I’ll be occasionally checking out everyone else’s blogs and hiding in the twitter shadows.
As always, I appreciate everyone who comments, visits, or even just glances at my blog…it has been a much welcomed distraction.

I’m sorry to hear this year has been so awful for you. I’ll miss your posts but I’ll be here when you get back, that’s for sure. Take all the time you need but come on back when you’re ready!

I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had such a rough time this year. I’m no stranger to being beaten to a pulp by life, so just know that things will get better and you should take as much time as you need to feel better. We will all be here waiting for you! <3

I understand how you feel, but don’t worry – you could never be forgotten. Friendly and genuine people will always be missed.
Take as much time as you need to sort out your life and get back into a comfortable place. Even if you feel that you no longer want to blog, that’s okay. Your life and happiness come first. And although many of your readers (including myself) will really miss your thoughtful posts, I think it’s safe to say that we want the best for you. Period.
I’m very sorry to hear that life has been beating you down lately. Remember to not give up. Hurdles are reminders that we can jump higher with time and practice.
