Hey Everyone!
This month Finger Paints released their “Fall of Surprises” collection for, you guessed it, this fall. Last week I picked up three of the six polishes: Be-leaf It or Not, Fall of Surprises, and Plum Startled. I was going to get Gourd or Bad as well, but I reminded myself I don’t like bar glitter all that much and I’m trying not to spend much. I shouldn’t have been buying any to be honest. I didn’t even qualify for my monthly 15% off at Sally’s because I only spent $20 the previous month! (Yay me!)
Anyways, I’m posting these one by one since I really want to enjoy each one for a few days…who am I kidding…more like one day. Still, I want to wear it not just swatch it 
Finger Paints Be-leaf It or Not
Be-leaf It or Not didn’t catch my eye in the promo pics, but for whatever reason I was drawn to it once I saw it displayed. It is a metallic sage green with some shimmer that likes to play peek-a-boo, especially with my camera. I say this because while I was applying this polish I saw a gorgeous shimmer, but once it dried it was a lot more subtle. Maybe it was just the metallic “elements” of the polish that gave off that shimmer while the polish was wet and spread (*giggles*…that was really dirty).
Despite the uncooperative shimmer, application was smooth and perfect with complete coverage in 2 coats. I really love all the Finger Paints formulas I’ve used so far. I should show FP a little more love and buy some more!

Did anyone else pick up any of the polishes from the Fall of Surprises Collection? If so which ones? Autumn is my favorite time of year so I was happy to find some good polishes in this collection.

Those monthly 15% coupons are so devious! They are like the revolving door of spending and incentives, and they completely work on me to keep me visiting the store regularly. Curse you sneaky and successful marketing strategists! lol
I picked up the purple one from the Fall set, which I really like. It seems to be “the winner” of that collection, one of the ones with the most “wow” factor.

They’re so EVIL…I kept receiving emails telling me I only need to spend $5 more to get my 15% off, but I some how defeated their marketing team for the first time ever. I purchased the purple one too, and I totally agree with you that its the winner of the collection. I think it might get over shadowed by the bar glitter though.

I’m not a big fan of the finish, but it is a gorgeous color of green!!

Oh, Sally. She begs me to visit her. “Spend more money with me! Like, 15 dollars more!” And I’m like “Whatever, bitch, I’m busy!” Plus there are only 2 Sallys I know of and neither on on my way home from work lol. Actually, when I get those emails, I delete them. :”Yup, I totally know, thanks for BEGGING!” Seriously, Sally begs like mad.
I like FP. I have a few colors from them (should dust them off. They are work appropriate….) and 4 of their flakey top coats. I never bought any of this collection (yet) but there’s still time

You are much stronger of a woman than I lol. It pains me to say that this was the first time I ever got that email because I’ve always gone over the $25 a week into the month. It almost got me though…got me thinking “hmmmm…I could get more polish remover, but then I have to get at least one polish too..” then I squashed that thought and deleted the email too

Oooo I almost forgot about the flakies, I have those too. My favorite part of Finger Paints is the bottle cap…I dunno why but it’s smoothness and curve feels so nice to me, I find myself stroking my FP bottle caps on many occasions lol >.<

If you love purples definitely pick up Plum Startled from the collection too!
