The other day I picked up NYC’s Starry Silver Glitter (#105). This is my first time trying NYC and with a price of $1.29 I figured I didn’t have much to lose. With that said, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. This shade is a clear base with silver and halo fine glitter. It also has medium sized hex glitter in blue and a light purple. With any polish that has multi colored hex glitter the application tends to be very random, but if you work with it a little you can get it to your liking.
I think this shade resembles more of a snow flurries type look rather than a starry night, but considering winter is soon upon us I actually prefer that.
